Overnight delivery runs $35 anywhere in California, and $50 anywhere else in the continental US. Alaska and Hawaii will be slightly higher.

We ship via FedEx Express (overnight) and guarantee live arrival. Shipments are sent by 3:00pm PST time with the animal arriving at your door by 10:30am the very next morning (12:00pm noon if you live outside city limits). Someone must be available to accept the package as it will not be left at the door to be exposed to the elements. If nobody is available to accept the package and the animal has to endure being left on the truck all day and or at a FedEx facility, the guarantee is voided.

Because 95% of the animals we offer are captive bred by us at our facility, we guarantee each one to be 100% healthy, feeding and accurately sexed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the animal.

Full payment is required before shipping. We accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover. Please be sure Money Orders and Cashier's Checks are made out to The Serpentarium.
