The Coronavirus pandemic (and media pandemonium) has impacted all of us in various ways - from the challenges of child care, to the shortage of essential goods, to the closing of many businesses, etc. 

We are being faced with a dynamic situation on an unprecedented scale. Nevertheless, we will all get through this and be stronger on the other side. 

This is a time to reflect on all that is good in your life and be grateful for what you have. Worry and stress will not help matters, and are more likely to cause you health problems than anything else during this trying time. 

As a company, we have taken all the necessary steps within our organization (retail stores, distribution center, production facility, etc.) to help protect our team and our customers. 

  • Extra cleaning/sanitizing protocols have been implemented to ensure a safe and healthy working environment. 
  • It is mandatory that our staff wash their hands hourly. 
  • Employees with a cough or any other apparent illness are asked to stay home and seek medical attention. 
  • We are limiting 10 customers in the store at a time, and ask that you only come in if you intend to make a purchase. 
  • Customers are being asked to keep a 6’ distance when standing in line to pay. 
  • All supplier meetings have been cancelled. 
  • All management travel has been suspended. 
  • All interviews have been paused. 
  • Our Vendors will continue to deliver to us weekly, as normal. 
  • To prevent an unnecessary shortage of feeders, a limit will be temporarily enforced.

Since the government considers pet stores an Essential Business, we are not required to shut down. To ensure everyone is able to properly care for their pets, our doors will remain open for business as long as it remains safe. In the event that this changes, we will comply with all public health guidelines and will pivot to providing our service via online shipping and potentially local delivery.
