Physical Accessibility

The Serpentarium has been in operation since 2009. All of our stores can be entered at ground level, includes an accessible entrance and its own checkout counter, allowing guests who cannot use stairs to comfortably browse and shop with us. In the front of our stores, we also have an ADA accessible parking spot(s). If you know you will need assistance navigating our store, any of our Retail Associates would be happy to assist you.
